Data Processing Consent

By submitting the pre-qualification form, the client expressly authorises Sheikh El Motors to:

• Collect, store and process the personal and financial data provided, including scanned documents.
• Share this data with banks, insurers and F&I partners for the purposes of credit analysis and proposal presentation.
• Consult authorised credit bureaus (TransUnion, Experian, XDS, Compuscan) where applicable.
• Contact the client by WhatsApp, SMS, email or phone with information about the process.

This consent may be revoked at any time in writing, without prejudice to processing carried out prior to revocation.

Data is retained only for as long as necessary to comply with legal and contractual obligations and is then securely deleted.
