1. Services provided

Sheikh El Motors sells used and new vehicles in South Africa and assists clients with pre-qualification and submission of financing applications to partner institutions.

2. Prices and availability

Displayed prices are cash prices and may not include transfer fees, licensing, delivery, insurance or optional extras. Stock is subject to availability and may be sold at any time.

3. Financing

The company is not a financial institution. Credit approval, interest rates and final conditions depend solely on the banks and financial partners. Sheikh El Motors does not guarantee approval.

4. Reservations

A vehicle is only considered reserved after written confirmation and fulfilment of the conditions communicated in each case.

5. Liability

We make every effort to keep information up to date, but we accept no liability for occasional errors or omissions in the technical listings.

6. Changes

These terms may be updated at any time. The version published on this page is always the one in force.
